I believe that every student athletes is entitled to their own name, and I firmly believe that they should be able to benefit from their name and their talent. In the grand scheme of things, without college athletes universities would not be able to have their sports and create revenue for their school.

Husker athletics is a wonderful example of this. Our school is known for our football team and because of this, the team and their games bring in a lot of revenue, sponsorship, and educational funding for the university. I think that to play for Husker football is a one in a million chance, and students should be able to take full advantage of this opportunity and their label.

For college student athletes to not be allowed to make money off their name and talent is called exploitation, and should be avoided.
